    Board Change and Disposal


    The Company announces that Mitchell Tonks will be stepping down as Director of FishWorks Plc with immediate effect.

    The Board recognizes the extraordinary input that Mitch has given to grow and expand FishWorks and is delighted that Mitch will remain
in an ambassadorial Founder role for the company, whilst he focuses on independent projects and his media career.

    "Mitch's passion, vision and knowledge of the fish industry is second to none. I am delighted with the way Paul Goodale has developed
Mitch's original vision for FishWorks since taking over as Chief Executive in November 2007. We wish Mitch the best of luck with his future
projects."

    The Company continues with its plans for future growth and expansion, following the recent, successful opening of FishWorks' first new
format site in Swallow Street, London.

    The Notting Hill site has been disposed successfully. Talks are progressing well in respect to the further disposal of sites impaired in
the Company's recent Interim Results.
