Amendment to Total Voting Rights and
Share Capital announcement made on 1 August 2024.
In conformity with Rule 5.6.1 of the
Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules,
the Company is required to notify the market of
the following:
At the close of business on 31 July
2024, Future's issued share capital consisted of 113,771,466 ordinary shares of 15
pence each. Each ordinary share carries one vote. There are no
shares held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in
the Company as at 31 July 2024 was therefore 113,771,466.
The above figure may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they
can determine if they are required to notify their interest
in, or a change of their interest in, the Company, under the
Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules.
