On 16 November 2006 Griffin Group PLC ("the Company") was notified by Vince
Nicholls, the Company's Finance Director, that on the same day he had purchased
1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 3.25p. This brings his holding in
ordinary shares of the company to 5,000,000 representing 11.45% of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
