Mr. Davies will join the Firm's Financing Advisory and Restructuring Group and be based in London. Mr. Davies, 37, has been a Managing Director in the Restructuring Advisory team at Close Brothers Corporate Finance. Mr. Davies has worked in Financing Advisory and Restructuring at Close Brothers since 1997, having previously qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
