Completion of Share Buyback Programme

Greencore Group plc, ("Greencore" or the "Company") is pleased
to announce that it has completed its GBP10 million share buyback
programme that commenced on 26 July 2022.
On 24 May 2022, the Company announced its intention to
recommence value return of up to GBP50 million over the following
two years, initially in the form of the GBP10 million share buyback
programme and consistent with the Group's capital management
policy. A further update on value return will be made in due
course.
Between 26 July and 06 October 2022, 11,395,515 million ordinary
shares in the Company were repurchased on the London Stock Exchange
for cancellation at a weighted average price of GBP0.8773 per
share. This represented 2.16% of the issued share capital of the
Company (excluding any treasury shares, of which there are none)
when the programme commenced.
