The Company received a notification dated 26 January 2006 from Schroder
Investment Management Limited, on behalf of itself and an affiliated company and
a subsidiary company, informing it that they have an interest in an overall
aggregate of 8,416,074 shares, representing 22.67% of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital.
