Grant of Share Options
Getech announces the grant of 2,250,000 share options on 8
February 2022 as long-term incentives, including the following
grants to directors and persons discharging managerial
responsibilities ("PDMRs"):

A further 600,000 options were granted to members of the senior
management team who are not classified as PDMRs.
The options were granted with an exercise price of 27.5p per
ordinary share, being the mid-market closing price on 7 February
2022. The options have a seven-year term and vest one third on each
of the next three anniversaries of the grant date, subject to
satisfying certain performance conditions.
