11. Additional information (xvi)
On 4 February 2020 CPI PROPERTY GROUP, Luxembourg, made the major holding
(TR-1) notification in relation to its holding in Globalworth Real Estate
Investments Limited ("GREIL"). As at 4 February 2020, CPI PROPERTY GROUP
held and controlled in aggregate 65,250,000 GREIL shares, representing
29.404% of GREIL's voting rights (based on the voting rights as at 4
February 2020).
CPI PROPERTY GROUP decided to proceed with an intragroup transfer of
GREIL shares to Zakiono Enterprises Limited. The present notification
results from the intragroup transfers of GREIL shares within CPI PROPERTY
GROUP, without any impact on aggerate position of CPI PROPERTY GROUP
in GREIL.
As at 16 March 2020, CPI PROPERTY GROUP therefore holds and controls
in aggregate 65,250,000 GREIL shares, representing 29.393% of GREIL's
voting rights (based on the voting rights as at 26 February 2020). The
aggregate shareholding of CPI PROPERTY GROUP in GREIL is now held indirectly
via 100% owned subsidiary Zakiono Enterprises Limited. In addition, Zakiono
Enterprises Limited holds 2,830,020 warrants, exercisable into 2,830,020
GREIL shares, representing 1.275% of GREIL's voting rights.
Mr. Radovan Vitek in turn holds 7,847,502,824 shares of CPI PROPERTY
GROUP, representing 90.70% of CPI PROPERTY GROUP's shareholding.
