HENDERSON EUROPEAN FOCUS TRUST PLC ("the Company")
Allotment of shares
The Company announces that it has allotted 17,500 new ordinary
shares of 50p each fully paid under its block listing authority.
These shares were issued for cash today at a price of 1422p per
share to satisfy demand.
Following this allotment, the Company's total issued share
capital comprises 21,521,491 ordinary shares, of which 140,730
(0.66%) are held in Treasury and have no voting rights.
Total Voting Rights
The figure of 21,380,761 ordinary shares should therefore be
used by shareholders, and others with notification obligations, as
the denominator for their calculations by which they will determine
if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.
