HICL Infrastructure PLC (the "Company")

Completion of Move of Domicile and First Day of Dealings

The Directors of HICL Infrastructure PLC ("HICL" or the "Company"), the listed infrastructure investment company managed by InfraRed Capital Partners Limited ("InfraRed"), are pleased to announce that the scheme of arrangement pursuant to which the domicile of the investment business of HICL Infrastructure Company Limited is to be transferred to the United Kingdom has now become unconditional in all respects, and has therefore become effective.

The Company's Ordinary Shares have been admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange with effect from 8.00am today.
