Directorate Change
Hurricane Energy plc, the UK based oil and gas company,
announces the following board change.
As announced on 8 February 2022, Hurricane received a request
from Crystal Amber Fund Limited to appoint Juan Morera, to the
Board as a Non-Executive Director. Due diligence has now been
completed and the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of
Mr Morera as a Non-Executive Director , with immediate effect.
Mr Morera is a CFA qualified investment analyst with over 10
years' experience, currently working as an Analyst and Assistant
Fund Manager at Crystal Amber Fund Limited. Prior to this he was an
Investment Analyst at Wills Towers Watson.
Mr Morera holds an MSc in Politics of the World Economy from the
London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA in
Politics and Public Policy from Universitat Pompeu Fabra,
Barcelona.

Assistant Fund Manager at the Crystal Amber Fund Limited. Crystal
Amber Fund Limited owns 561,000,000 shares (28.16%) in Hurricane.
Mr Morera has no shares in the Company in a personal capacity.
There is no further information required to be disclosed under
paragraph (g) of Schedule Two or Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for
Companies, with respect to the appointment of Mr Juan Morera.
