Person discharging managerial responsibility shareholding

The Company has been notified by Charles Gregson, the Chairman of the Company, that he acquired 4,184 ordinary shares in the Company on 22 July 2016 as a result of his participation in a dividend reinvestment plan. The shares were acquired at a purchase price of GBP4.619 per share. Following this transaction, Charles Gregson has an interest in 245,809 ordinary shares in the Company.
