New Issue of Shares 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Following the announcement made by the Company on 4 July 2008, Infinity will 
issue an additional 551,897 shares to the purchasers of the "PRE-BDR" private 
placement. As announced, if the Company did not consummate an Offering of Common 
Equity or Brazilian Depositary Receipts on one of the specified stock exchanges 
within six months following the issuance of 3,390,222 shares pursuant to the 
"PRE-BDR" placement, the Company would issue 551,897 additional shares to the 
purchasers of the Pre-BDR private placement. 
 
 
The 551,897 new shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 23 
January 2009.
