Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc (IDH.L) ("IDS" or the "Company"), a specialist producer of manual and automated diagnostic testing kits and instrumentation for the clinical and research markets, was advised that today, Peter Williamson, Non-Executive Director, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of GBP1.87 per Ordinary Share.

Following these purchases, Mr Williamson is interested in 40,000 Ordinary Shares, 0.14% of the issued share capital of the Company.
