On the 16(th) February 2017, Permanent TSB Group Holdings plc announced the appointment of Eamonn Crowley as Group Chief Financial Officer. That statement also confirmed that Mr. Crowley would be proposed for appointment as a Director at the Company's AGM to be held on the 10th May 2017.
