ITM Power (AIM: ITM), the energy storage and clean fuel company, announces that, following admission earlier today of the 33,720,203 ordinary shares of GBP0.05 each ('Ordinary Shares') in connection with the placing announced on 26 January 2017 (the 'Placing') the following dealing by a Director in the Company's Ordinary Shares, by way of his participation in the Placing, have now taken place at the placing price of 17 pence per Ordinary Share.
