Annual Report and Accounts 2023 and Notice of Meeting 2024

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, Jupiter Fund Management plc announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 ('2023 Annual Report') will shortly be submitted to the FCA's National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The 2023 Annual Report is also available to view on the Company's website at https://www.jupiteram.com/investor-relations/#results-and-reports.

The Company has also today posted to shareholders the Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting ('AGM'), together with the 2023 Annual Report. The Notice of AGM is available to view on the Company's website at https://www.jupiteram.com/agm-information. The AGM is scheduled to be held at 11.00am on Thursday 9 May 2024 at The Zig Zag Building, 70 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6SQ.

Copies of the Notice of AGM have also been lodged with the FCA's National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
