Ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, as at 30th November 2024,
the total number of voting rights for Ordinary shareholders in
JPMorgan US Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc is

The above figure (60,622,264) may be
used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by
