Keystone Law Group plc (AIM:
KEYS), the network and tech-enabled
challenger law firm, announces confirmation that the Company's
current issued share capital consists of 31,592,878 ordinary shares
with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares
in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the
Company is 31,592,878.
The above figure of 31,592,878 may
be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under
the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

hereby notifies the market that its Nominated
Adviser and Joint Broker has changed its name to Panmure Liberum
Limited following completion of its own corporate
merger.
