Director's Declaration
Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), the Company announces that
Andy Malpass, who is a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has
been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and chair of the Audit
Committee of accesso Technology Group plc, quoted on the London
Stock Exchange's AIM market, with effect from 26 June 2018.
