Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that the following documents have today been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders:

   --     Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016; 
   --     Notice of 2017 Annual General Meeting; and 
   --     Form of Proxy for the 2017 Annual General Meeting.

The above documents have been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

The Annual Report and Accounts 2016 and Notice of 2017 Annual General Meeting are also available on the Company's website at www.kennedywilson.eu.

The Company's 2017 Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 26 April 2017 at the offices of Allen & Overy LLP, One Bishops Square, London, E1 6AD.
