Land of Leather Holdings Plc (In Administration) {the "Company") 
CANCELLATION 
OF LISTING 
On 12 January 2009 Lee Manning and Nicholas Edwards of Deloitte LLP were 
appointed as the joint administrators (the "Joint Administrators") of the 
Company and trading in the Company's ordinary shares of 10 pence each (the 
"Shares") was suspended. Administrators have also been appointed over the 
Company's main trading subsidiary, Land of Leather Limited. 
The Joint Administrators of the Company now intend to apply to the Financial 
Services Authority for the cancellation of the listing of the Shares on the 
Official List (the "Listing Cancellation"). It is anticipated that the Listing 
Cancellation will take effect tomorrow. 
The Joint Administrators are working with the Company's management and continue 
to hold talks with potential buyers for the business, however the Joint 
Administrators do not expect to return any value to the Company's shareholders 
out of the administration.
