                           New Management Arrangements 
 
 
The  Company  announced on 24 September 2009 that it had  made  arrangements  to 
internalise  future  management  operations following  the  termination  of  the 
Management  Agreement  dated 20 September 2005 between  the  Company  and  Lewis 
Charles  Securities,  and that it would directly employ a management  team.  The 
Company is pleased to announce that it has agreed to appoint Mrs Loraine  Pinel, 
Mr  Mark  Anderson and Dr Peter Yallup as managers; these are the  managers  who 
previously  managed  the  Company's  assets  in  the  employ  of  Lewis  Charles 
Securities. The Company confirms that the running costs of the Company have been 
significantly reduced as a result of this appointment.
