Result of AGM

Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC (AIM: MBH), the specialist brick, land development and landfill company, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, Tuesday 14 May 2019, all of the resolutions were passed unanimously with the exception of resolution 8.

Resolution 8 related to the suspension of pre-emption rights and did not achieve the 75% majority required as a special resolution.
