Medical Solutions plc (LSE: MLS) announces that on 1 October 2007 the Company
received notification that Texas Holdings Limited increased its shareholding
above 3% by the acquisition of a further 3,250,000 ordinary shares of 2p each,
representing 1.59% of the issued share capital, on 24 September 2007.

Following this notification Texas Holdings Limited hold 8,556,658 ordinary
shares of 2p each, representing 4.2% of the issued share capital.

Laurie Turnbull, Executive Chairman of Medical Solutions, is also Non-executive
Chairman of Texas Holdings Limited.
