    On 3 September 2008, the Company was informed that, in order to meet market demand, Mrs. Jemima Hoskins, had on the 3 September 2008,
disposed of  25,442,636 ordinary shares in the Company, at 0.15p per share. Mrs. Jemima Hoskins no longer has a notifiable interest in the
Company. The Company was also informed that, in order to meet market demand, Billam AG, on the 3 September, disposed of 7,557,364 ordinary
shares in the Company, also at 0.15p per share. Billam AG retains 88,940,757 ordinary shares, representing 13.9% of the Company's total
voting rights.
