Exercise of options

MTI announces that, following the exercise of options by an employee, it will shortly be making an application for 12,500 new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the "New Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM. Trading in the New Shares is expected be become effective on 7 September 2016.

Following the issue of the New Shares, the Company will have a total of 51,739,490 Shares in issue. Therefore the total number of Shares with voting rights will be 51,739,490, which may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
