Resignation and Appointment of Directors

BAE Systems (Holdings) Limited announced on 18 February 2011 that its Offer for Norkom had become unconditional in all respects. Norkom announced on 4 March 2011 that cancellation of listing and trading of its Ordinary Shares on the ESM and AIM markets of the Irish and London Stock Exchanges respectively will take effect on 31 March 2011.

Norkom now announces the resignation of Mr.Shane Reihill, Mr. John Tracey, Mr. Luc Philips, Mr.Kieran Nagle and Mr.Gavin O'Reilly from the Board, effective today.

The Board of Norkom would like to thank them for their considerable contribution to the development of Norkom.

Norkom also announces the appointment, effective today, of Martin Sutherland (42) and Peter Earl (50) as directors of Norkom.
