subsidiaries, the "Group")
Holdings in Company
Northern Bear was today informed by Derek Wymes that he and his
wife Marilyn Wymes have sold their entire holding of 591,251
ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"),
which represented approximately 3.21 per cent. of the Company's
currently issued share capital.
Derek is a former joint Managing Director and co-founder of A1
Industrial Trucks Limited ("A1"), a subsidiary of Northern Bear,
and acquired his shares in April 2008 on sale of the business to
Northern Bear. He retired from his role at A1 in the Summer of
2016.
As announced on 26 October 2017, Graeme Tennick and his wife Ann
also sold their entire holding of 591,251 Ordinary Shares. Mr
Tennick is the current Managing Director and co-founder of A1 and
will retire from his current role on 31 March 2018. The Company has
recruited a replacement who has held senior roles in national
Materials Handling businesses and, subject to satisfactory
performance over the coming months, will be appointed Managing
Director of A1 on Mr Tennick's retirement.
