Companies Act 1985 ("the Act") on 8 November 2006 that Baymont Developments
Limited hold 7,750,000 ordinary 1p shares in the issued share capital of the
Company as at 7 November 2006.

The shares represent an interest of 6.98% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
