Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, World Careers Network plc notifies the market that as at 30 November 2017 its issued share capital consists of 7,590,304 ordinary shares with voting rights. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

The above figure of 7,590,304 ordinary shares incorporates the issue of 4,300 of the 100,000 ordinary shares blocklisted in relation to the exercise of options by staff members under the terms and conditions of the WCN EMI Share Option Scheme pursuant to the announcement made on 6 December 2016. There is a remaining balance of 57,034 ordinary shares still capable of being issued under the blocklisting facility.
