Petaling Tin Berhad is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, 
Intensive Strategies Sdn Bhd has changed its name to Petaling Ventures Sdn Bhd 
("PVSB") with effect from 26 November 2001, the Certificate of Incorporation on 
Change of Name of Company of which was received from the Registrar of Companies 
on 28 November 2001.

PVSB is currently a dormant company.
