Petards, the AIM quoted software developer of advanced security
and surveillance systems, announces that it has received
notification that Raschid Abdullah, Chairman, has sold 140,000
ordinary shares at a price of 38 pence each. Following the sale, Mr
Abdullah is directly interested in 1,331,472 ordinary shares.
This announcement includes inside information as defined in
Article 7 of the Market Abuse Regulation No. 596/2014 and is
disclosed in accordance with the Company's obligations under
Article 17 of those Regulations.
