PARTNERS GROUP GLOBAL OPPORTUNITIES LIMITED 
(the "Company") 
 
 
Suspension of listing of the ordinary shares on the Official List and trading on 
the main market of the London Stock Exchange 
 
 
Further to the announcement made on 13 November 2009 detailing the passing of 
special resolutions approving: 
 
(a)       the adoption of the amended and restated memorandum and articles of 
incorporation (the "New Articles") of the Company to reflect the change in the 
Companys status from being a closed-ended company to an open-ended fund 
authorised under the Guernsey Collective Investment Schemes (Class B) Rules 1990 
(an "Open-Ended Authorised Fund"); 
(b)       the conversion of the Company into an Open-Ended Authorised Fund; and 
(c)       the conversion of the ordinary shares of the Company into redeemable 
participating shares having the rights attached to them in the New Articles. 
 
 
 
 
the listing of the ordinary shares of the Company has today been suspended and 
it has been requested that cancellation of such listing take effect on 17 
December 2009. It is also expected that later today, following formal approval 
by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission, the Company will be converted 
into an Open-Ended Authorised Fund and its ordinary shares will be converted 
into redeemable participating shares. 
 
 
It is expected that the admission of the redeemable participating shares of the 
Company to the Irish Official List and to trading on the main market of the 
Irish Stock Exchange will occur on 17 December 2009.
