Future Board changes

The Board of Promethean announces that Lord Puttnam, the Company's Senior Independent Director, has indicated that it is his intention to step down from the Board with effect from September 2015, following the ninth anniversary of his appointment as a director. Until that time, Lord Puttnam will continue to fulfil his existing responsibilities.

A process has commenced to recruit a new UK based non-executive director.
