On 11 August 2022 Puma VCT 13 plc (the "Company") published a
prospectus in relation to an offer for subscription for new
ordinary shares of GBP0.0005 each in the Company to raise up to
GBP40 million, with an over-allotment facility to raise up to a
further GBP10 million (the "Offer").
Following strong demand for the Offer, the directors of the
Company resolved to exercise the over-allotment facility in full
and, accordingly, the maximum amount that the Company could raise
under the Offer was increased to GBP50 million.
The Company announces that the Offer is now fully subscribed and
is closed to further applications.
