Ricardo PLC (the "Company") announces that on 10 October 2016 it received notification that on 10 October 2016 Mark Barge, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, sold 1,153 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of GBP10.12 per Share.

Following the above transaction, the total beneficial holding of Shares of Mark Barge is 911 Shares, representing approximately 0.002% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
