Name Change to RDL Realisation Plc

The Company announces that with effect from 26 February 2019, its name has been changed to RDL Realisation Plc.

The Company's ticker on the London Stock Exchange will remain RDL.

Shareholders should note that shareholdings will be unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates should be retained as they will remain valid for all purposes and no new share certificates will be issued.
