Clarification re. lock-up restrictions for Distribution
Shares
This announcement relates solely to ordinary shares in the
Company which were distributed to certain qualifying shareholders
owning EKF Diagnostic Holdings plc shares prior to admission (the
"Distribution Shares").
Holders of Distribution Shares are reminded that these shares
remain subject to a lock-up restriction until 22 April 2019. To
avoid settlement issues and potentially having to repurchase such
shares in the market, such persons should therefore avoid
attempting to sell Distribution Shares until Tuesday, 23 April 2019
or afterwards.
