undertaken by a person discharging managerial responsibility.
- Vesting of 4,245 executive share incentive award shares to
Alastair Robert Spurr (Group Operations Director) and the
subsequent sale of 1,996 shares to cover tax and NI liabilities and
a further 2,249 shares.
