PDMR dealings - exercise and grant of options
RockRose announces that today the Company has issued 479,867 new
Ordinary Shares to the following Director and PDMRs, in the
following proportions, following the exercise of options:

Nil-cost options over Ordinary Shares have also been granted to
Andrew Austin and Peter Mann under the Company's unapproved share
option plan, in the following amounts:
