The Company confirms that at the 2020 Annual General Meeting ("AGM), held today 30(th) June 2020, Resolutions 1, 2, 3, 6 and 7 were duly passed by shareholders. Resolutions 4 and 5, which relate to the ability of the directors of the Company to issue and allot shares were defeated.
