NOTICE OF DELISTING

Santander UK plc (the "Issuer")

GBP30,000,000 Equity Index Linked Notes due June 2025

(the "N&C Securities")

This notice relates to the above mentioned N&C Securities issued by the Issuer under the base prospectus relating to its Notes and Certificates Programme dated 4 December 2018 as supplemented from time to time (the "Base Prospectus") and the final terms relating to the N&C Securities dated 15 February 2019 (the "Final Terms").

Notice is hereby given that the Issuer has requested that Euronext Dublin delist the N&C Securities in a principal amount of GBP11,059,191 with immediate effect and that consequently following such delisting the aggregate principal amount of the N&C Securities issued and listed will be reduced to GBP18,940,809.
