The Company hereby announces that, on 21 December 2018, the
Board agreed to buy back 516,632 ordinary shares of USD0.01 each in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held by a person discharging
managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") as defined in the Market Abuse
Regulations. The Ordinary Shares were purchased at 16.00 pence per
Ordinary Share and will be cancelled immediately.
