recruitment and training group, has been notified that on 17
September 2024 Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person
closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive
Director and Chairman of the Company, sold 48,027 Ordinary Shares at £0.331
per Ordinary Share, due to adjustments in
individual client portfolios.
Therefore, the notifiable interest
of Henry Spain Investment Services Limited is decreased to
35,975,383 Ordinary
Shares, representing 25.06% of the issued Ordinary Share
capital of the Company.
