Final results of the Placing and the Offer for Subscription to qualifying
StartIT.com plc ("StartIT") Shareholders


The final figure for acceptances as at 3.00 pm on 21st February 2000 under the
Offer for Subscription to qualifying StartIT shareholders has resulted in a
total of 239,598,494 enterpriseAsia Ordinary Shares being allotted. Dealings
on AIM commenced today in respect of 238,931,301 of such shares and are
dealings are expected to commence in respect of the balance of 667,193
Ordinary Shares on 23rd February 2000.
