Results of Annual General Meeting held on 31 March 2017
At the Annual General Meeting held on 31 March 2017 all
resolutions as set out in the notice of general meeting contained
in the circular to shareholders dated 7 March 2017 were passed.

The total number of shares in issue as at 29 March 2017 was
