Board Changes
Servoca (AIM: SVCA), the AIM listed specialist recruitment and
outsourcing solutions provider, announces that Bob Morton has today
retired as Non-Executive Chairman of the Group due to ill health.
John Foley, formerly a Non-Executive Director of Servoca, has been
appointed as Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect.
Andy Church, CEO of Servoca, commented:

Servoca since I joined the business over 7 years ago. Our paths
first crossed almost a decade ago, and during that time, myself and
Servoca have benefitted greatly from his experience, knowledge and

greatly appreciated. Having achieved so much, on behalf of the

facilities services, and holds several Board positions in both
public and private companies. John is a Chartered Accountant and
