London, 11 November 2014 - Touchstone was notified on November 11th 2014 by Mr Ilyas Khan that his aggregate beneficial ownership has increased from 43,033,855 to 45,033,855 representing 9.36% of issued share capital held as to: Pennine Capital Limited, 23,000,000 common shares; ECK Partners Holdings Limited, 19,220,859 common shares; and Stanhill Special Situations Fund Limited, 2,812,996 common shares.

The above percentage has been calculated on the current issued share capital of 480,982,800 common shares.
