IDE Group Holdings plc, the mid-market network, cloud and IT Managed Services provider, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31 December 2017 ("Annual Report") and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders.

The Annual Report and Notice of AGM are also available to view on the Company's website www.idegroup.com.

The AGM of the Company will be held at the Company's offices at Interchange 81-85 Station Road, Croydon CR0 2RD at 11.00 a.m. on 28 June 2018.
